KMMR clients have come in all sizes and she likes it that way. From short-term projects to multi-year relationships, she welcomes them all. Years of experience and insights, collaborating with talented professionals, and working with people she enjoys bring out the best work and results.

Karen has classical training in big ad agencies, so you'll see those disciplines at work. Since forming her own company in 2001, she has become very nimble and collaborative with a focus on high-end outdoor pursuits lodges, relationship building, and many things related.

She has branded and promoted US and international lodges, resorts, ranches, properties and clubs in remote locations, and represented conservation and hunting groups, along with nonprofits whose business interests and relationships are often synergistic. Among those are outdoor sports lodges that include fly-fishing, wing shooting, and family adventures such as dude ranch trips and eco-tours.

Working intimately with organizations that are committed to ecosystem habitat restoration and environmental conservation, she understands the various challenges those bring. Well-connected and having amassed a wealth of expertise and relationships, she works closely with clients in all areas of communication and marketing including strategy, brand image, and relationships.

Karen makes an effort to partner with clients whose interests match her own, allowing work that mixes business with pleasure.
Tactics and tools include all communications – digital, printed, social, and experiential: from relationships and grassroots marketing to websites, ads, email campaigns, newsletters, brochures, magazines, journals, articles, social media campaigns, sales materials, video, TV, and events. All marketing communication speaks. Karen makes it speak with the same consistent voice, so your audience will get the right message every time.
